Az előrejelzés tudományos háttere
Mit mond a kutatás
A ma éjjeli előrejelzés minden tényezőjénél felsoroljuk a legnagyobb metaanalíziseket, amiket találtunk.
A számok a megjelent összefoglalókból származnak.

A hét napja

On New Year’s Eve sleep onset was 88.9 min later, wake time 78.1 min later, and alcohol use 138% more common.

Sleeping 7–9 h during Ramadan was associated with physical activity and plant protein intake; smoking with worse sleep.

No significant effect on objectively measured sleep (e.g. sleep efficiency g = −0.25, not significant).
Páratartalom
A páratartalomról nincs összesített bizonyíték.

The authors note a paucity of data on seasonal variation in sleep.

One extra hour of evening natural light reduced sleep by 19 min on average.

Doherty MJ, Youn CE, Haltiner AM, et al. (2010). Do weather-related ambient atmospheric-pressure changes influence sleep disordered breathing?. Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine. doi.org/10.5664/jcsm.27764
Obstructive apnea rose with lower pressure, the opposite direction to the study above.
